Built around water quality

• Drip cups. Catch what the nipple releases before it reaches the manure belt. Dry manure is the single biggest lever on ammonia.
• Pressure regulator per row. Without one, birds at the near end get a flood and the far end gets a trickle.
• Dosing tank. Vaccines, vitamins and medication go into the line rather than being mixed by hand into drinkers.
• Flushing. The line flushes end to end, which is how you clear biofilm before it blocks nipples.

The failure most farms hit

Sediment. Borehole water without filtration blocks nipples faster than anyone expects, and a blocked row loses production before anyone notices. Fit a filter at the header tank — it is the cheapest part of the system and the one that protects the rest.
